On behalf of the PLPA Officers and Players of the National Lacrosse League, I invite you as players and fans to enjoy the offerings we are introducing on our website. The site is designed for the purpose of updating the players on the latest developments and to give the fans some insight into the sport and the players. The site contains a variety of information including player profiles, tips from the pros, player spotlight, chat rooms and trivia to name a few. We are not above listening to your feedback and in fact encourage you to do so by dropping us an email at comments@plpa.com

The PLPA (formerly the MILLPA) was founded back in August of 1991 for the purpose of representing the players' interests. It was founded by Dave Succamore (former Detroit Turbo), myself (former Boston Blazer) and 4 other players from other teams with assistance by Ron Jaros esq., who collectively felt strong enough to go through the efforts of recognition and contract negotiation. We feel that we have been critical to the positive evolution and maturation of the sport and are confident that the best days are ahead of us.
